The club is a nonprofit corporation organized for the purposes of promoting water-oriented activities, recreational boating, one-design and offshore racing, social cruising, and related education instruction, in Nueces and contiguous counties, Texas. It shall have the right to own, control, operate, or lease real or personal property incidental to such purposes.
